Worksheet: Weekly Habit Tracker - Free PDF

(1-minute read)

This weekly habit tracker will hold you accountable for your goals. Stack a new habit with an existing one and aim for progress, not perfection, with the 80/20 rule.

For example, if you consume nutritious foods 80% of the time, you might allow a serving of your favourite treat with the other 20%. A healthy balance can contribute to a more sustainable and enjoyable action plan.

Savour the moment guilt-free and move forward, knowing there is no need to give up at the first (or 100th) hurdle. Behaviour change is not linear - it can get messy sometimes, and that's ok.

Commit to the end goal and forgive a few setbacks that may happen along the way, provided they are harmless and will not put your health at immediate risk.

How to Use It

Fill in your behaviour change goals in the habit section on the left and tick the box daily when achieved. If not, leave it blank or mark it with a cross for accountability.

Tips for Success

Celebrate the wins with healthy choices. If unsuccessful today - try again tomorrow. Behaviour change is not a linear process so remember the mantra "Progress, not perfection".
